Where do I stay?

The Embassy Suites Hotel by Hilton is the best place to stay. It is a beautiful, historic hotel located next to some of the best restaurants, coffee shops and bars in the city of Portland. Please reserve a room at this link to access our group discount.

If you are looking for more affordable accommodations, please contact our partner, The Society Hotel.

what airport Should i use?

The Portland International Airport (PDX) is 20-30 minutes from The Embassy Suites in downtown Portland. There is convenient public transportation from the airport to downtown on the MAX Light Rail that takes about 45 minutes and costs $2.50. Uber and Lyft are great options, too.

where do I park?

Please park in the Embassy Suites Garage located on 4th between Oak and Pine Street. Enter from 4th Street on your right. When you arrive at the event you will be given a “chaser ticket” to use upon exiting the garage for a discounted rate. Please note, when departing the garage you must enter the ticket received (when entering the garage) first followed by the “chaser ticket.”

Are there scholarship tickets available?

At the Annual Superwoman Summit we are focused on creating an equitable experience and being inclusive of those who may not otherwise have the ability to purchase a ticket. We understand that attending conferences like this can be out of reach for some and aim to be mindful of financial privilege.

We believe the best and most equitable way to solve the world's problems is to ensure there is space for everyone at the table. So, we're excited to share a special opportunity to level up in your career, expand your network, and grow as a professional by lessening the financial barrier to attend this year's event.

If you feel you could use financial assistance, we invite you to share a little about yourself by completing this application. Your responses will help us determine who will be awarded these scholarships. Each submission will be confidential and considered objectively.

We ask that all scholarship recipients pay for a portion of their ticket on a sliding scale of $150-$300. The deadline to apply is July 1, 2019; decisions will be made by Friday, July 5, 2019. Apply here.

This event was life changing, inspiring, and directly related to my personal growth!

It was the first conference I attended that it felt like everyone there was supportive of each other sharing, listening, and engaged. A sisterhood!”
