WE NEED VOLUNTEERS TO HELP US THROUGHOUT THE WEEK!
Our volunteers get back-stage access to the event and an opportunity to attend workshops and network with attendees, speakers, sponsors, and other volunteers. It's a wonderful chance to grow your network, learn from our leadership team and demonstrate your service to the community. We appreciate your support and promise to do everything we can to make it a rewarding experience for you.
Volunteers get to attend workshops and keynotes between shifts, but are not guaranteed a seat and will be required to stand if seating is limited. Applications will be considered on a case by case basis on the criteria of availability and commitment level. If accepted, you will be required to pay a deposit of $150 to secure your volunteer position. This deposit will be returned at the end of the event once you have fulfilled your volunteer commitments.
Roles and responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Greet and usher attendees
Check in guests
Hand out swag
Manage product sales
Support speakers and sponsors
Bus tables at special events
Run errands for leadership team
Take photos and videos
